Anunaki Ventures was established as the dedicated vehicle for Kakuduro Industries Limited’s interests in oil and gas, energy infrastructure, industrial logistics and large-scale government projects.

While our parent company focuses on agro-industrialization, manufacturing and value addition, we focus on the critical systems that support industrial growth.

Incorporated under the Companies Act of Ghana, we are headquartered in Accra, with operations spanning Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso and Togo.

Our mandate is clear: to build the critical infrastructure that powers Africa’s industrialization.
